action's own direction, and the joint angles come from the pad Jacobian — the same one the
effort model uses. Residual is how much of the required joint torque the muscles fail to
produce; 0% means the digit can really do it. The gauntlet is drawn at the radius the physics
chose for each strut — thick where the load runs, thin where it does not. The members are hollow tubes — the wall is drawn
translucent so you can see the marrow cavity inside it. 95% of them are as thick as they are
because a hand has to bear them, not because a force demands it, so the inside was doing
